Article R4451-93 of the French Labour Code

I.-The labour inspector mentioned in article L. 8112-1 will inform the employer of his decision as soon as possible, taking into account the exceptional circumstances, and at the latest within fifteen days of the date of receipt of the application for authorisation.

It may refer the matter to the Institut de Radioprotection et de Sûreté Nucléaire for an opinion.

II – If the application for authorisation is not acted upon for more than fifteen days following receipt by the administration, this will be deemed to constitute a rejection decision.

I.-L’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail mentionné à l’article L. 8112-1 fait connaître à l’employeur sa décision dans les meilleurs délais compte tenu des circonstances exceptionnelles et au plus tard dans un délai de quinze jours suivant la date de réception de la demande d’autorisation.


Il peut saisir l’Institut de radioprotection et de sûreté nucléaire pour avis.


II.-Le silence gardé pendant plus de quinze jours à compter de la réception de la demande d’autorisation par l’administration vaut décision de rejet.
