Article R4461-35 of the French Labour Code

The authorisation referred to in 1° of Article R. 4461-29 issued by the competent administrative authority lapses if :

1° The training organisation has not provided any training in the twelve months following its issue;

2° The training organisation has not provided any training for twelve consecutive months.

However, the provisions of 1° and 2° do not apply when the competent administrative authority takes a decision to this effect due to special circumstances.

L’habilitation mentionnée au 1° de l’article R. 4461-29 délivrée par l’autorité administrative compétente devient caduque si :


1° L’organisme de formation n’a pas mis en œuvre de formation dans les douze mois qui suivent sa délivrance ;


2° L’organisme de formation n’a pas mis en œuvre de formation pendant douze mois consécutifs.


Toutefois, les dispositions des 1° et 2° ne trouvent pas à s’appliquer lorsque l’autorité administrative compétente prend une décision en ce sens en raison de circonstances particulières.
