Article R4511-10 of the French Labour Code

The heads of external companies must inform the user company in writing of:
1° The date of their arrival and the foreseeable duration of their work;
2° The foreseeable number of workers assigned;
3° The name and qualifications of the person in charge of managing the work;
4° The names and references of their subcontractors, as soon as possible and in any event before the start of the work assigned to them;
5° Identification of the subcontracted work.

Les chefs des entreprises extérieures font connaître par écrit à l’entreprise utilisatrice :
1° La date de leur arrivée et la durée prévisible de leur intervention ;
2° Le nombre prévisible de travailleurs affectés ;
3° Le nom et la qualification de la personne chargée de diriger l’intervention ;
4° Les noms et références de leurs sous-traitants, le plus tôt possible et en tout état de cause avant le début des travaux dévolus à ceux-ci ;
5° L’identification des travaux sous-traités.
