When work has stopped, whether it has been interrupted or completed, the employer ensures that the workers have evacuated the site or no longer run any risk. He then draws up and signs the notice of cessation of work, which he hands over to the operator as a discharge.

Lorsque le travail a cessé, qu’il soit interrompu ou terminé, l’employeur s’assure que les travailleurs ont évacué le chantier ou ne courent plus aucun risque. Il établit alors et signe l’avis de cessation de travail qu’il remet à l’exploitant, cette remise valant décharge.
