The de-energisation certificate and the notice of cessation of work shall conform to a model laid down by an order of the Minister responsible for labour.
Personal delivery of these documents may be replaced by the exchange of telephone or electronic messages recorded in a special notebook and read back, with the recording number, when the time taken to transmit a written document would excessively increase the duration of the interruption to distribution.

L’attestation de mise hors tension et l’avis de cessation de travail sont conformes à un modèle fixé par un arrêté du ministre chargé du travail.
La remise en mains propres de ces documents peut être remplacée par l’échange de messages téléphoniques ou électroniques enregistrés sur un carnet spécial et relus en retour, avec le numéro d’enregistrement, lorsque le temps de transmission d’un document écrit augmenterait dans une mesure excessive la durée de l’interruption de la distribution.
