When the various components of a shoring system are assembled outside the excavation, the height of these components is at least equal to the total depth of the excavation.
To avoid any tipping over or displacement, the shoring, after being lowered into the excavation, is suitably wedged.

Lorsque les divers éléments d’un blindage sont assemblés hors de la fouille, la hauteur de ces éléments est au moins égale à la profondeur totale de la fouille.
Pour éviter tout renversement ou déplacement, le blindage, après avoir été descendu dans la fouille, est convenablement calé.
