Article R4542-16 of the French Labour Code

The employer must provide information and training for workers on how to use the screen and the work equipment in which the screen is integrated.
Each worker will receive such training before being assigned to work with a display screen for the first time and whenever the organisation of the workstation is substantially modified.

L’employeur assure l’information et la formation des travailleurs sur les modalités d’utilisation de l’écran et de l’équipement de travail dans lequel cet écran est intégré.
Chaque travailleur en bénéficie avant sa première affectation à un travail sur écran de visualisation et chaque fois que l’organisation du poste de travail est modifiée de manière substantielle.
