Article R4543-15 of the French Labour Code

The head of the company carrying out the work defines the operations or work requiring the use of more than one worker, according to their arduous, repetitive or complex nature.

When two or more workers are involved, the manager of the company carrying out the work shall take the necessary preventive measures to eliminate the risks associated with the simultaneous activity of these workers and to ensure satisfactory communication between them.

Le chef de l’entreprise intervenante définit les interventions ou travaux nécessitant l’emploi de plus d’un travailleur, en fonction de leur caractère pénible, répétitif ou complexe.


Lors de l’intervention de deux ou plusieurs travailleurs, le chef de l’entreprise intervenante prend les mesures de prévention nécessaires pour éliminer les risques liés à la simultanéité de l’activité de ces travailleurs et pour assurer une communication satisfaisante entre eux.
