Article R4543-8 of the French Labour Code

When the maintenance file drawn up in application of article R. 4211-3 of the French Labour Code exists, the holder must make available to the contractor those parts of the file which specify the conditions of access to the equipment.

Lorsque le dossier de maintenance élaboré en application de l’article R. 4211-3 du code du travail existe, son détenteur met à la disposition de l’entreprise intervenante celles des pièces de ce dossier qui précisent les conditions d’accès aux équipements.
