Article R463-9 of the French Commercial code

The General Rapporteur shall communicate to the administrative authorities listed in Annex 4-6 to this Book any referral relating to sectors falling within their area of competence. These administrative authorities shall have a period of two months in which to submit any observations, which may be reduced by the General Rapporteur if the urgency so requires. These observations are attached to the file.

Le rapporteur général communique aux autorités administratives énumérées à l’annexe 4-6 du présent livre toute saisine relative à des secteurs entrant dans leur champ de compétence. Ces autorités administratives disposent pour faire part de leurs observations éventuelles d’un délai de deux mois, qui peut être réduit par le rapporteur général si l’urgence le nécessite. Ces observations sont jointes au dossier.
