Article R464-24-10 of the French Commercial code

The appeals provided for in article L. 464-8-2 shall be lodged by means of a written declaration in triplicate lodged against a receipt at the registry of the Paris Court of Appeal containing, on pain of nullity:

1° If the applicant is a natural person, the applicant’s surname, forenames, profession, domicile, nationality, date and place of birth and, where applicable, the company’s unique identification number; if the applicant is a legal person, the legal person’s name, legal form, registered office and the body that represents the legal person, as well as the company’s unique identification number;

2° A statement of the grounds on which the claim is based;

3° A record of the notification made by the Competition Authority.

Les recours prévus à l’article L. 464-8-2 sont formés par une déclaration écrite en triple exemplaire déposée contre récépissé au greffe de la cour d’appel de Paris contenant, à peine de nullité :


1° Si le demandeur est une personne physique, ses nom, prénoms, profession, domicile, nationalité, date et lieu de naissance ainsi que, le cas échéant, le numéro unique d’identification de l’entreprise ; si le demandeur est une personne morale, sa dénomination, sa forme, son siège social et l’organe qui la représente ainsi que le numéro unique d’identification de l’entreprise ;


2° Un exposé des moyens ;


3° L’acte de la notification effectuée par l’Autorité de la concurrence.
