Article R464-24-4 of the French Commercial code

The time limit for appeal and any appeal made within that time limit against the decision of the general rapporteur of the Competition Authority refusing protection of business secrecy or lifting the protection granted shall not be suspensive.

However, the First President of the Paris Court of Appeal or his delegate may order a stay of execution of the decision if it is likely to entail manifestly excessive consequences.

Le délai de recours et le recours exercé dans ce délai à l’encontre de la décision du rapporteur général de l’Autorité de la concurrence refusant la protection du secret des affaires ou levant la protection accordée ne sont pas suspensifs.

Toutefois, le premier président de la cour d’appel de Paris ou son délégué peut ordonner qu’il soit sursis à exécution de la décision si celle-ci est susceptible d’entraîner des conséquences manifestement excessives.
