Article R464-24-7 of the French Commercial code

On pain of lapsing of the application raised ex officio, the summons shall be issued to the rapporteur general of the Competition Authority and, where applicable, to the respondent having asked the rapporteur general for access to the confidential version of a document that it considers necessary to exercise its rights.

A peine de caducité de la demande relevée d’office, l’assignation est délivrée au rapporteur général de l’Autorité de la concurrence ainsi que, le cas échéant, à la partie mise en cause ayant demandé au rapporteur général l’accès à la version confidentielle d’une pièce qu’elle estime nécessaire à l’exercice de ses droits.
