Article R464-24-8 of the French Commercial code

The appeal in cassation provided for in article L. 464-8-1 is lodged within ten days of notification of the order by the First President or his delegate.

The appeal shall be heard and determined in accordance with the rules applicable to proceedings with compulsory representation, subject to the time limits for the submission and notification of pleadings provided for in Articles 978 and 982 of the Code of Civil Procedure, which are reduced to one month.

Article R464-24-8

Le pourvoi en cassation prévu à l’article L. 464-8-1 est formé dans un délai de dix jours à compter de la notification de l’ordonnance du premier président ou de son délégué.

Le pourvoi est instruit et jugé selon les règles applicables à la procédure avec représentation obligatoire sous réserve des délais de remise et de notification des mémoires prévus aux articles 978 et 982 du code de procédure civile qui sont réduits à un mois.
