Article R464-28 of the French Commercial code

The decisions of the Paris Court of Appeal or its first president are notified by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt by the court registry to the parties to the proceedings, and, where applicable, to the Minister responsible for the economy when he is not a party to the proceedings.

The Competition Authority ensures that its decisions are enforced and publishes them on its website. This publication starts the appeal period for third parties.
