When a matter is referred to the Public Prosecutor at the Paris Court of Appeal pursuant to Article L. 465-3-6, the Public Prosecutor shall inform the Autorité des marchés financiers and the Public Prosecutor for the Financial State of the time limit set for them to submit their observations.
The decision taken by the Public Prosecutor at the Paris Court of Appeal is notified by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or delivered against receipt to the Financial Public Prosecutor and the Autorité des marchés financiers.
The period referred to in IV of Article L. 465-3-6 runs from the date shown on the acknowledgement of receipt of the registered letter or the date shown on the letter of delivery for the purpose of referring the matter to the Public Prosecutor at the Paris Court of Appeal. This period ceases to run on the date shown on the stamp of the post office where the registered letter was sent or on the date shown on the receipt of the letter delivered by the Public Prosecutor to the Financial Public Prosecutor.
