Article R490-5 of the French Commercial code

For the application of Article 15(2) of Council Regulation (EC) No 1/2003 of 16 December 2002 on the implementation of the rules on competition laid down in Articles 81 and 82 of the Treaty establishing the European Community, court decisions ruling on the basis of Articles 81 and 82 of that Treaty are notified by the court registry to the European Commission, the Competition Authority and the Minister responsible for the economy, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. Mention is made of this notification in the operative part of the decision.

Pour l’application du 2 de l’article 15 du règlement (CE) n° 1/2003 du Conseil du 16 décembre 2002 relatif à la mise en oeuvre des règles de concurrence prévues aux articles 81 et 82 du traité instituant la Communauté européenne, les décisions de justice qui statuent sur le fondement des articles 81 et 82 de ce traité sont notifiées par le greffe de la juridiction à la Commission européenne, à l’Autorité de la concurrence et au ministre chargé de l’économie, par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception. Il est fait mention de cette notification dans le dispositif de la décision.
