The secretary of the commission will immediately send a copy of the application and the attachments to the public prosecutor at the judicial court and, by simple letter, to the guarantee fund for victims of acts of terrorism and other offences.

Le secrétaire de la commission transmet sans délai copie de la requête et des pièces annexes au procureur de la République près le tribunal judiciaire et, par lettre simple, au fonds de garantie des victimes des actes de terrorisme et d’autres infractions.
