Article R511-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Where they have been given authority to sign on behalf of a credit institution or finance company, members of the staff of that company may not, without the authorisation of the general management, perform administrative, management or executive duties in another credit institution, finance company, investment firm, portfolio management company or commercial company governed by Book II of the Commercial Code.

Lorsqu’ils ont reçu le pouvoir de signer pour le compte d’un établissement de crédit ou d’une société de financement, les membres du personnel de cette entreprise ne peuvent, sauf autorisation de la direction générale, exercer des fonctions d’administration, de gestion ou de direction ni dans un autre établissement de crédit, ni dans une autre société de financement, ni dans une entreprise d’investissement, ni dans une société de gestion de portefeuille, ni dans une société commerciale régie par le livre II du code de commerce.
