Article R5121-100-1 of the French Public Health Code

Amendments to the terms of the registration decision and the registration dossier are submitted and examined under the conditions laid down in Chapters I and IIa of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1234/2008 of 28 November 2008 concerning the examination of variations to the terms of a marketing authorisation for medicinal products for human use and veterinary medicinal products, in accordance with the amendment envisaged in the version in force on 1 May 2015.

Notwithstanding the previous paragraph, a change of registration holder is authorised under the conditions set out in Article R. 5121-46.

Les modifications des termes de la décision d’enregistrement et du dossier d’enregistrement sont présentées et instruites, dans les conditions prévues aux chapitre Ier et II bis du règlement (CE) n° 1234/2008 de la Commission du 28 novembre 2008 concernant l’examen des modifications des termes d’une autorisation de mise sur le marché de médicaments à usage humain et de médicaments vétérinaires, en fonction de la modification envisagée dans sa rédaction en vigueur au 1er mai 2015.

Par dérogation à l’alinéa précédent, le changement de titulaire d’un enregistrement est autorisé dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 5121-46.
