Article R5121-136 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of this section apply to the import and export of :

1° Medicinal products classified as narcotics or to which the narcotics regulations apply in whole or in part ;

2° Medicinal products classified as psychotropic.

However, these medicinal products remain subject to the specific provisions relating to them respectively, which are set out in articles R. 5132-27 and R. 5132-86.

Les dispositions de la présente section s’appliquent à l’importation et à l’exportation :

1° Des médicaments classés comme stupéfiants ou auxquels la réglementation des stupéfiants est appliquée en tout ou partie ;

2° Des médicaments classés comme psychotropes.

Ces médicaments restent néanmoins soumis, par ailleurs, aux dispositions particulières qui les concernent respectivement et qui sont édictées aux articles R. 5132-27 et R. 5132-86.
