Article R5121-142 of the French Public Health Code

Ampoules or other small primary packaging on which it is impossible to include all the information specified in Article R. 5121-138 may bear only the following information:

1° The name of the medicinal product or product, the strength, the pharmaceutical form and, where appropriate, a reference to the recipient (“infants”, “children” or “adults”) and, where the medicinal product contains no more than three active substances, the non-proprietary name(s) ;

2° The method of administration and, if necessary, the route of administration;

3° The expiry date;

4° The batch number;

5° Content by weight, volume or units.

Les ampoules ou autres petits conditionnements primaires sur lesquels il est impossible de mentionner l’ensemble des indications prévues à l’article R. 5121-138 peuvent ne porter que les indications suivantes :

1° Le nom du médicament ou du produit, le dosage, la forme pharmaceutique, le cas échéant la mention du destinataire (” nourrissons “, ” enfants ” ou ” adultes “), ainsi que, lorsque le médicament contient au maximum trois substances actives, la ou les dénominations communes ;

2° Le mode d’administration et, si nécessaire, la voie d’administration ;

3° La date de péremption ;

4° Le numéro du lot de fabrication ;

5° Le contenu en poids, en volume ou en unités.
