Article R5121-145 of the French Public Health Code

The labelling of the medicinal products mentioned in II of article L. 5121-12-1 includes at least the following information:

1° The name of the medicinal product or, where appropriate, its code name or international non-proprietary name;

2° The name or business name and address of the company;

3° The batch number;

4° The route and, where appropriate, the method of administration of the medicinal product;

5° The expiry date;

6° Where applicable, the information required for proper storage of the medicinal product.

L’étiquetage des médicaments mentionnés au II de l’article L. 5121-12-1 comporte au moins les informations suivantes :


1° La dénomination du médicament ou, le cas échéant, son nom de code ou sa dénomination commune internationale ;


2° Le nom ou la raison sociale et l’adresse de l’entreprise ;


3° Le numéro du lot de fabrication ;


4° La voie et, s’il y a lieu, le mode d’administration du médicament ;


5° La date de péremption ;


6° Le cas échéant, les indications nécessaires à la bonne conservation du médicament.
