When the in-house pharmacy dispenses a blood-derived medicinal product directly to a patient, the information referred to in article R. 5121-187 is transcribed onto a special register marked and initialled by the mayor or police commissioner, or recorded by any system approved by the Minister for Health.

Lorsque la pharmacie à usage intérieur délivre directement un médicament dérivé du sang à un patient, les informations mentionnées à l’article R. 5121-187 sont transcrites sur un registre spécial coté et paraphé par le maire ou le commissaire de police, ou enregistrées par tout système approuvé par le ministre chargé de la santé.
