Article R5121-190 of the French Public Health Code

Exceptionally, after consultation with the managing pharmacist, by decision of the director of the health establishment or the administrator of the Groupement de Coopération Sanitaire, departments may have a supply of blood-derived medicinal products intended for urgent care. This supply is managed in accordance with the provisions of the order provided for in article R. 5132-42.

When a medicinal product is taken from the supply provided for in the previous paragraph, the person who administers it to the patient enters all the information mentioned in articles R. 5121-187 and R. 5121-188 on the dispensing and administration slip and complies with the other requirements of article R. 5121-188. The form is then sent to the in-house pharmacy.

Article R5121-190

A titre exceptionnel, après avis du pharmacien gérant, sur décision du directeur de l’établissement de santé ou de l’administrateur du groupement de coopération sanitaire des services peuvent disposer d’une dotation de médicaments dérivés du sang destinés à des soins urgents. Cette dotation est gérée dans le respect des dispositions de l’arrêté prévu à l’article R. 5132-42.

Lorsqu’un médicament est prélevé sur la dotation prévue au précédent alinéa, la personne qui l’administre au patient porte sur le bordereau de délivrance et d’administration l’ensemble des informations mentionnées aux articles R. 5121-187 et R. 5121-188 et satisfait aux autres prescriptions de l’article R. 5121-188. Le bordereau est ensuite transmis à la pharmacie à usage intérieur.
