Article R5121-20 of the French Public Health Code

Each chemical, pharmaceutical, biological and non-clinical trial gives rise to a report drawn up by the investigator who carried out the trial. This report, dated and signed, states in particular:

1° The identity of the investigator(s), their qualifications, experience and duties ;

2° The dates and places where the trial was conducted;

3° The information mentioned in 2° and 3° of article R. 5121-14.

Chaque essai chimique, pharmaceutique, biologique et non clinique donne lieu à un rapport établi par l’expérimentateur qui a réalisé cet essai. Ce rapport, daté et signé, rappelle notamment :

1° L’identité du ou des expérimentateurs, leurs titres, expérience et fonctions ;

2° Les dates et lieux de réalisation de l’essai ;

3° Les renseignements mentionnés aux 2° et 3° de l’article R. 5121-14.
