For the application of 5° of article R. 5121-28, when reference is made to published literature recognised in the tradition of homeopathic medicine practised in France, experts justify, on the basis of the documentation provided:

1° The homeopathic use of the strains used and their traditional use in the claimed indication;

2° The safety of the homeopathic medicinal product, particularly with regard to the degree of dilution of each of its constituents;

3° The route of administration, for injectable homeopathic medicinal products.

Pour l’application du 5° de l’article R. 5121-28, lorsqu’il est fait référence à la littérature publiée et reconnue dans la tradition de la médecine homéopathique pratiquée en France, des experts justifient, sur la base de la documentation fournie :

1° L’usage homéopathique des souches utilisées et leur utilisation traditionnelle dans l’indication revendiquée ;

2° L’innocuité du médicament homéopathique, notamment au regard du degré de dilution de chacun de ses composants ;

3° La voie d’administration, pour les médicaments homéopathiques injectables.
