Article R5124-14 of the French Public Health Code

The change of holder of part of the authorisation to open a pharmaceutical establishment is subject to a modification of the initial authorisation to open under the conditions set out in article R. 5124-10 and the issue of an authorisation to open granted to the acquirer under the conditions set out in articles R. 5124-6 and R. 5124-7.

Article R5124-14

Le changement de titulaire d’une partie de l’autorisation d’ouverture d’un établissement pharmaceutique est subordonné à une modification de l’autorisation initiale d’ouverture dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 5124-10 et à la délivrance d’une autorisation d’ouverture accordée à l’acquéreur dans les conditions définies aux articles R. 5124-6 et R. 5124-7.
