Article R5124-21 of the French Public Health Code

With the exception of pharmacists covered by the provisions of article L. 4138-2 of the Defence Code, a pharmacist providing a replacement must, in order to do so, apply for registration on the roll of the competent section of the Ordre National des Pharmaciens and register his diploma in accordance with article L. 4221-16.

Interim pharmacists in charge and interim pharmacists delegated as mentioned in article R. 5124-23 as well as managers after death as mentioned in article R. 5124-29 must carry out the same formalities when they are appointed.

Article R5124-21

A l’exception des pharmaciens relevant des dispositions de l’article L. 4138-2 du code de la défense, un pharmacien assurant un remplacement sollicite, pour ce faire, son inscription au tableau de la section compétente de l’ordre national des pharmaciens et fait enregistrer son diplôme conformément à l’article L. 4221-16.

Les pharmaciens responsables intérimaires et les pharmaciens délégués intérimaires mentionnés à l’article R. 5124-23 ainsi que les gérants après décès mentionnés à l’article R. 5124-29 procèdent, lors de leur désignation, aux mêmes formalités.
