Article R5124-23 of the French Public Health Code

Subject to the provisions of articles R. 5124-25 to R. 5124-28-1, the competent corporate body of a company or organisation mentioned in article R. 5124-2 appoints, at the same time as the responsible pharmacist, one or more interim responsible pharmacists.

The interim pharmacist in charge is granted, for the periods of replacement, the same powers and duties as those granted to the pharmacist in charge and effectively exercises them for the duration of the replacement.

If the acting pharmacist-in-charge is a delegated pharmacist of the company or organisation, an acting pharmacist-in-charge is appointed at the same time by the pharmacist-in-charge.

The identity of pharmacists providing replacements and the dates and duration of these replacements are kept in the establishment for a period of five years.

Sous réserve des dispositions des articles R. 5124-25 à R. 5124-28-1, l’organe social compétent d’une entreprise ou d’un organisme mentionné à l’article R. 5124-2 désigne, en même temps que le pharmacien responsable, un ou plusieurs pharmaciens responsables intérimaires.

Le pharmacien responsable intérimaire se voit conférer, pour les périodes de remplacement, les mêmes pouvoirs et attributions que ceux conférés au pharmacien responsable et les exerce effectivement pendant la durée du remplacement.

Si le pharmacien responsable intérimaire est un pharmacien délégué de l’entreprise ou organisme, un pharmacien délégué intérimaire est désigné en même temps par le pharmacien responsable.

L’identité des pharmaciens assurant des remplacements, les dates et durées de ces remplacements sont conservées dans l’établissement pendant une durée de cinq ans.
