Article R5124-27 of the French Public Health Code

Where the company is owned by a pharmacist, the pharmacist may be replaced by :

1° A delegated or assistant pharmacist from the same company ;

2° A pharmacist who has no other professional activity during the period of his replacement and who is registered for this purpose with the competent section of the Ordre national des pharmaciens.

Lorsque l’entreprise est la propriété d’un pharmacien, son remplacement peut être assuré par :

1° Un pharmacien délégué ou adjoint de la même entreprise ;

2° Un pharmacien n’ayant pas d’autre activité professionnelle pendant la durée de son remplacement et s’inscrivant pour ce faire à la section compétente de l’ordre national des pharmaciens.
