Article R5124-56 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of articles R. 5124-49 to R. 5124-55 are applicable to manufacturers and importers of dressing articles or articles presented as complying with the pharmacopoeia mentioned in 2° of article L. 4211-1, or divided officinal products mentioned in 4° of article L. 5121-1. The obligations laid down by these articles are applied by reference to the pharmacopoeia monographs which describe them.

Les dispositions des articles R. 5124-49 à R. 5124-55 sont applicables aux fabricants et importateursd’objets de pansement ou d’articles présentés comme conformes à la pharmacopée mentionnés au 2° de l’article L. 4211-1, ou de produits officinaux divisés mentionnés au 4° de l’article L. 5121-1. Les obligations prévues par ces articles sont appliquées par référence aux monographies de la pharmacopée qui les décrivent.
