I.-The pharmaceutical establishment of a company or organisation mentioned in 1° to 5° and 8° of article R. 5124-2 engaged in wholesale, free transfer or wholesale distribution checks the safety devices mentioned in article R. 5121-138-2 and deactivates the unique identifier mentioned in this same article before dispensing the medicinal products mentioned in article R. 5121-138-1:
1° To the practitioners mentioned in article R. 5124-43 ;
2° Veterinarians and organisations mentioned in article R. 5124-44 ;
3° Companies or organisations mentioned in 1° to 19° of Article R. 5124-45;
4° Establishments providing medical supplies for the armed forces health service, as mentioned in article L. 5124-8;
5° The armed forces health service medical centres mentioned in article L. 6326-1 ;
6° The pharmaceutical establishments of the National Public Health Agency mentioned in article L. 1413-4;
7° the fire and rescue services referred to in article L. 1424-1 of the General Local Authorities Code, the Marseilles marine fire brigade referred to in article R. 2513-5 of the same code and the Paris fire brigade referred to in article R. 1321-19 of the Defence Code.
II – When the authenticity and deactivation of the unique identifier of a medicinal product is verified, in application of I, before the medicinal product is supplied to the public, the integrity of the tamper-evident device is verified when the medicinal product is supplied to the public.
