Article R5124-8 of the French Public Health Code

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the authorisation to open provided for in Article R. 5124-6, a pharmaceutical establishment benefiting from an authorisation granted under 5° of Article R. 5124-2 also benefits from authorisations granted under 6° of the same article, with the exception of intermediate products.

Sauf disposition expresse mentionnée dans l’autorisation d’ouverture prévue à l’article R. 5124-6, l’établissement pharmaceutique bénéficiant d’une autorisation accordée au titre du 5° de l’article R. 5124-2 bénéficie en outre des autorisations accordées au titre des du 6° du même article, à l’exception des produits intermédiaires.
