A société d’exercice libéral is subject to the disciplinary provisions applicable to the profession of pharmacist. It may not be the subject of disciplinary proceedings independently of those brought against one or more partners exercising their functions within it.

La société d’exercice libéral est soumise aux dispositions disciplinaires applicables à la profession de pharmacien. Elle ne peut faire l’objet de poursuites disciplinaires indépendamment de celles qui seraient intentées contre un ou plusieurs associés exerçant leurs fonctions en son sein.
