The Conseil de l’ordre responsible will rule on the application for registration under the conditions set out in articles L. 4222-2 to L. 4222-5 and L. 4232-12.

Reasons must be given for any decision to refuse registration. It is notified to each member, by any means that provides proof of the date of receipt. The decision may only be taken after the partners have been invited to present their observations to the Association Council, within a period of fifteen days.

Each member is notified of the entry on the roll by any means that provides proof of the date of receipt.

The competent Bar Council will notify the decision or notice of registration to the National Bar Council.

Le conseil de l’ordre compétent statue sur la demande d’inscription dans les conditions prévues aux articles L. 4222-2 à L. 4222-5 et L. 4232-12.

La décision de refus d’inscription est motivée. Elle est notifiée à chacun des associés, par tout moyen permettant de rapporter la preuve de sa date de réception. Elle ne peut être prise qu’après que les associés ont été appelés à présenter leurs observations au conseil de l’ordre, dans un délai de quinze jours.
