Article R5125-30 of the French Public Health Code

In the event of the temporary or permanent closure of a pharmacy, pursuant to articles L. 4212-8, L. 4223-3, L. 5423-7 or L. 5424-19, the proprietor of the pharmacy shall hand over the prescription book to a pharmacist whom he designates to the regional council of the order to which he belongs.

In the absence of this designation, the prescription book is entrusted, when the pharmacy closes, to the nearest pharmacist proposed by the said council.

En cas de fermeture temporaire ou définitive d’une officine de pharmacie, en application des articles L. 4212-8, L. 4223-3, L. 5423-7 ou L. 5424-19, le titulaire de celle-ci remet l’ordonnancier à un pharmacien qu’il désigne au conseil régional de l’ordre dont il relève.

A défaut de cette désignation, le livre d’ordonnances est confié, au moment de la fermeture de l’officine, au pharmacien le plus proche proposé par ledit conseil.
