Article R5125-33-7 of the French Public Health Code

For the application of the provisions mentioned in article R. 5125-33-6, the pharmacist shall respect the confidentiality of discussions with the patient. To this end, he must have at his disposal premises where he can receive patients individually.

They shall train themselves and update their knowledge to ensure that the actions provided for in article R. 5125-33-6 are properly implemented.

He/she integrates the information into the patient’s shared medical file provided for inarticle L. 1111-4 of the Public Health Code. It provides feedback to the attending doctor with the patient’s consent.

Pour l’application des dispositions mentionnées à l’article R. 5125-33-6, le pharmacien respecte la confidentialité des échanges avec le patient. Il dispose à cette fin de locaux permettant un accueil individualisé.

Il se forme et actualise ses connaissances pour la bonne mise en place des actions prévues à l’article R. 5125-33-6.

Il intègre les informations dans le dossier médical partagé du patient prévu à l’article L. 1111-4 du code de la santé publique. Il assure un retour d’information au médecin traitant avec l’accord du patient.
