Article R5125-36 of the French Public Health Code

With the exception of pharmacists covered by the provisions of article L. 4138-2 of the Defence Code, an assistant pharmacist may only carry out this function if he is registered on the roll of the relevant section of the Ordre National des Pharmaciens and has registered his diploma with the Prefecture.

A l’exception des pharmaciens relevant des dispositions de l’article L. 4138-2 du code de la défense, un pharmacien adjoint ne peut exercer cette fonction que s’il est inscrit au tableau de la section compétente de l’ordre national des pharmaciens et a fait enregistrer son diplôme à la préfecture.
