Article R5125-38 of the French Public Health Code

The pharmacist in charge referred to in articles L. 5124-2, L. 5124-7 and L. 5124-15 is required to declare each year, except in the case of pharmacists covered by the provisions of article L. 4138-2 of the Defence Code, to the central council of section D or E of the national order of pharmacists to which he/she belongs:

1° The number and names of assistant pharmacists working in its establishment(s);

2° The number of other persons assigned in the said establishments to the operations mentioned in article R. 5124-40.

Article R5125-38

Le pharmacien responsable mentionné aux articles L. 5124-2, L. 5124-7 et L. 5124-15 est tenu de déclarer chaque année, sauf s’il s’agit d’un pharmaciens relevant des dispositions de l’article L. 4138-2 du code de la défense, au conseil central de la section D ou E de l’ordre national des pharmaciens dont il relève :

1° Le nombre et le nom des pharmaciens adjoints exerçant dans son ou ses établissements ;

2° Le nombre des autres personnes affectées dans lesdits établissements aux opérations mentionnées à l’article R. 5124-40.
