Article R5126-108 of the French Public Health Code

In addition to the treatments prescribed for a specific person, the establishments, services or organisations mentioned in I of article L. 5126-10 may hold certain medicines, products or objects mentioned in article L. 4211-1 and sterile medical devices, included on a list drawn up by the pharmacist who has entered into an agreement in application of I of article L. 5126-10 and one of the doctors attached to the establishment, service or organisation and designated by the management or governing body, in order to meet care needs prescribed in an emergency.

En complément des traitements prescrits pour une personne déterminée, les établissements, services ou organismes mentionnés au I de l’article L. 5126-10 peuvent détenir certains médicaments, produits ou objets mentionnés à l’article L. 4211-1 et des dispositifs médicaux stériles, inscrits sur une liste établie par le pharmacien ayant passé convention en application du I de l’article L. 5126-10 et l’un des médecins attachés à l’établissement, au service ou à l’organisme et désigné par la direction ou l’organe délibérant, pour répondre à des besoins de soins prescrits en urgence.
