Article R5126-56 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of this section apply to the internal use pharmacies of the establishments, services or organisations mentioned in 1° of article R. 5126-1, with the exception of the Institution nationale des invalides.

For the purposes of this section, army hospitals are considered to be health establishments.

Les dispositions de la présente section sont applicables aux pharmacies à usage intérieur des établissements, services ou organismes mentionnés au 1° de l’article R. 5126-1, à l’exception de l’Institution nationale des invalides.

Pour l’application de la présente section, les hôpitaux des armées sont considérés comme des établissements de santé.
