Article R5126-60 of the French Public Health Code

The following are deemed to be registered on the list referred to in Article R. 5126-58:

1° Hospital preparations referred to in 2° of Article L. 5121-1 which are the subject of an initial prescription by a doctor who meets the conditions laid down in Article R. 5121-88;

2° Magistral preparations referred to in 1° of Article L. 5121-1 which are produced in a health establishment and which are the subject of an initial prescription by a doctor who meets the conditions laid down in Article R. 5121-88; 3° Medicinal products referred to in Article L. 5121-1 which are the subject of an initial prescription by a doctor who meets the conditions laid down in Article R. 5121-88. 5121-1 made in a health establishment and covered by an initial prescription issued by a doctor meeting the conditions laid down in article R. 5121-88;

3° Medicinal products mentioned in article L. 5111-4 which are out of supply or are at risk of being out of supply, authorised to be dispensed to the public in accordance with article L. 5121-30;

4° The other medicinal products mentioned in the second paragraph of 1° of article L. 5126-6.

Article R5126-60

Sont réputés inscrits au titre de la liste mentionnée à l’article R. 5126-58 :

1° Les préparations hospitalières mentionnées au 2° de l’article L. 5121-1 faisant l’objet d’une prescription initiale effectuée par un médecin répondant aux conditions prévues par l’article R. 5121-88 ;

2° Les préparations magistrales mentionnées au 1° de l’article L. 5121-1 réalisées dans un établissement de santé et faisant l’objet d’une prescription initiale effectuée par un médecin répondant aux conditions prévues par l’article R. 5121-88 ;

3° Les médicaments mentionnés à l’article L. 5111-4 en rupture ou en risque de rupture d’approvisionnement autorisés à être dispensés au public conformément à l’article L. 5121-30 ;

4° Les autres médicaments mentionnés au deuxième alinéa du 1° de l’article L. 5126-6.
