For the application of II of article L. 5126-4, the authorisation may only be suspended, except in the event of an immediate danger to public health, or withdrawn once the Minister of the Interior has informed the commander of the military unit concerned of the nature of the infringements observed and has given him formal notice to put an end to them within a specified period. The Minister for the Interior sends a copy of the formal notice to the pharmacist in charge of the pharmacy. Reasons are given for the withdrawal or suspension of the authorisation. These decisions may concern all or part of the authorisation.
The Minister for the Interior sends a copy of the decision to withdraw or suspend the authorisation, with reasons, to the Minister for Defence and to the Director General of the regional health agency concerned.
