Article R5127-1 of the French Public Health Code

The public health inspecting pharmacists carry out inspections of the pharmacies and dispensaries mentioned in articles L. 5125-1, L. 5125-19, L. 5126-1, L. 5126-8, L. 5126-9 and L. 5126-13, places where medicinal products are held by the doctors mentioned in article L. 4211-3 and by the natural and legal persons mentioned in articles R. 5124-2 and R. 5124-45, as well as the herbalist shops mentioned in article L. 4211-7.

Les pharmaciens inspecteurs de santé publique procèdent, selon une périodicité fixée par le ministre chargé de la santé, à l’inspection des officines et pharmacies mentionnées aux articles L. 5125-1, L. 5125-19, L. 5126-1, L. 5126-8, L. 5126-9 et L. 5126-13, des lieux de détention de médicaments par les médecins mentionnés à l’article L. 4211-3 et par les personnes physiques et morales mentionnées aux articles R. 5124-2 et R. 5124-45, ainsi que des herboristeries mentionnées à l’article L. 4211-7.
