Article R5127-10 of the French Public Health Code

The samples taken are sealed. These seals are applied to a label containing the following information in particular:

1° The name of the product ;

2° The category to which the product belongs, with reference to those mentioned in article L. 5311-1 ;

3° The name and address of the owner or holder of the product;

4° The date of sampling;

5° The serial number of the sample;

6° The serial number of each sample;

7° The signature of the officer(s) who drew up the report or official report;

8° Possibly, the signature of the owner or holder of the product.

Article R5127-10

Les échantillons prélevés sont mis sous scellés. Ces scellés sont appliqués sur une étiquette comportant notamment les indications suivantes :

1° La dénomination du produit ;

2° La catégorie à laquelle le produit appartient en se référant à celles mentionnées à l’article L. 5311-1 ;

3° Les nom et adresse du propriétaire ou détenteur du produit ;

4° La date du prélèvement ;

5° Le numéro d’ordre du prélèvement ;

6° Le numéro d’ordre de chaque échantillon ;

7° La signature du ou des agents auteurs du rapport ou du procès-verbal ;

8° Éventuellement, la signature du propriétaire ou détenteur du produit.
