When, because of the quality or quantity of a product, it is impossible to divide it into three samples, the official taking the sample shall seal the entire product in a single sample.

Lorsqu’en raison de la qualité ou de la quantité d’un produit, la division en trois échantillons est impossible, l’agent qui effectue le prélèvement place sous scellés, en un échantillon unique, la totalité du produit.
