The report or record :

1° Contains a brief description of the circumstances in which the sample was taken ;

2° Relates :

a) The marks and labels affixed to the primary or outer packaging ;

b) The size of the batch of products sampled;

c) Any information deemed useful for establishing the authenticity of the samples taken;

d) The identity of the product and the exact name under which it was held or offered for sale.

Le rapport ou le procès-verbal :

1° Contient un exposé succinct des circonstances dans lesquelles le prélèvement a été effectué ;

2° Relate :

a) Les marques et étiquettes apposées sur les conditionnements primaires ou extérieurs ;

b) L’importance du lot de produits échantillonnés ;

c) Les indications jugées utiles pour établir l’authenticité des échantillons prélevés ;

d) L’identité du produit et la dénomination exacte sous laquelle ce dernier était détenu ou mis en vente.
