Article R513-1-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code

A decision is taken on the declaration of extension within six months of its submission. This period is interrupted, where applicable, by the notification provided for in article R. 512-9, until the objection is withdrawn.

Il est statué sur la déclaration de prorogation dans un délai de six mois à compter de son dépôt. Ce délai est interrompu, le cas échéant, par la notification prévue à l’article R. 512-9, jusqu’à la levée de l’objection.
