Article R513-10-14 of the French Public Health Code

The information made available to the public is :

1° The qualitative formula expressed in the form of the list of ingredients mentioned in 8° of article R. 513-10-5 ;

2° In addition, for the dangerous substances included in the composition of the tattoo product and mentioned in article L. 1342-2 of this code, the quantity expressed as a percentage, in the form of a concentration range or a maximum concentration;

3° The undesirable effects mentioned in 7° of article R. 513-10-3, with the exception of those resulting from misuse, specifying their nature and frequency.

Les informations mises à la disposition du public sont :

1° La formule qualitative exprimée sous la forme de la liste des ingrédients mentionnée au 8° de l’article R. 513-10-5 ;

2° En outre, pour les substances dangereuses entrant dans la composition du produit de tatouage et mentionnées à l’article L. 1342-2 du présent code, la quantité exprimée en pourcentage, sous la forme d’une fourchette de concentrations ou d’une concentration maximale ;

3° Les effets indésirables mentionnés au 7° de l’article R. 513-10-3, à l’exception de ceux résultant d’un mésusage, en précisant leur nature et leur fréquence.
